Extended Abstract Submission

Extended abstracts should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions for Authors and submitted via the EasyChair platform. Submissions will be accepted from 8th February 2019, and must be received by 12th April 2019.


Instructions for using the EasyChair platform are provided below. If you have any queries, please contact the CCWI Secretariat.

EasyChair Instructions

1. Log in or create an account

Follow the submission link and log in to EasyChair or create a new account if you have not previously registered. If creating a new account, follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Submit your abstract

a) After following the submission link and logging in, click 'enter as author' or 'author'

b) From the main menu, select 'New Submission'

c) Provide details of all authors

d) Provide your title and a 300 word summary for the conference programme.

e) List up to five keywords

f) Select the conference topic(s) to which your submission is relevant

g) Specify your preferred presentation type

h) Specify whether you would be interested in submitting a full paper to a special issue of the Urban Water Journal

i) Declare any conflicts of interest, if relevant (please check the list of committee members)

j) Upload your extended abstract (prepared in accordance with the Instructions for Authors, using the provided template)

k) Submit
